Organic Avocado Carrier Oil is a good anti-inflammatory, so it is very helpful in preventing reactions caused if there are any reactions caused by the essential oils. It has also antiseptic and moisturizing properties that keeps the skin integrity.

As a carrier oil for essential oils to be used as a spot rub or a therapeutic massage, mix 3 – 5 drops of your favorite essential oil in a teaspoon of the carrier oil.
