Aromatherapy, what is this?

Aromatherapy is also called essential oil therapy because this process uses aromatic plant compounds to help cure different illnesses to promote health & wellbeing. Essential oils are the most common compounds used in aromatherapy, although other herbs and plant extracts can also be used. The purpose of aromatherapy, however, is to achieve a holistic form of treatment. It means that its healing action enhances not only the physical, but also the mental, emotional, and the spiritual level of humanity. It is perceived as a science and art due to this mechanism. However, aromatherapy should be kept in mind that this form of cure is an alternative treatment and not a replacement of modern medicine, unless so prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.

Here at Arboland Wellness, we created a long line of different aromatherapy products. From pure essential oils used as diffuser oils, massage oils, cleansing oils, and other applications to different personal and health product lines where the essential oils are incorporated.

Essential oils are concentrated extracts from plants. They are used for many medicinal and recreational purposes. Studies have shown that essential oils may help boost mood, improve job performance through reduced stress and increased attentiveness, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, reduce inflammation, reduce nausea, relieve headaches, and kills bacteria, virus, and other microbes.

Essential oils used in aromatherapy can also trigger responses in the brain that send healing to the body. These oils can balance out hormone levels, heal digestive disorders, and dramatically reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.

How are essential oils used?

Essential

be applied directly to the skin. However, before doing so, the essential oils

through the use of a diffuser which is now getting more common.

3) Through

You can apply few drops of essential oils through a bath soak or
could be applied in shampoos or conditioners.

4) Aromatherapy Massage. The
essential oils could be mixed in massage oils to create a therapeutic and
relaxing effects.
